Vuelta Return & Refund Policy

At Vuelta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 21 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Items must be in the original condition with tags attached

  • Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered

Final Sale items, discounted items, and limited-edition drops may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 21 days of delivery.
Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is received and inspected.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
After approval, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at vuelta.apparel@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable

  3. We’ll send you instructions on how to ship your item back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “limited edition” or “special release” (unless defective)

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
